Bike mechanic not able to resolve problem but referred me to bike shop that repairs Specialized electric bikes.
Great service, Mike went above and beyond to help me fix the squeaking brakes. Learned a lot during the process He installed new pads and reset the calipers. No squeaks afterwards and I also cleaned the old pads for future use as needed.
Really appreciate Mike's tips and suggestions. Definitely coming back for future tuning, and perhaps for the next big bike purchase

I had prompt service and my question answered and NOT in a condescending way! Which, in my opinion, is one of the worst ways a customer can be treated. I’m not a bike expert but I’m not stupid.
Both people I dealt with were fantastic! I ride my bike, but don’t know a lot about it (like I should) and both guys were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly to boot! It’s why I keep coming back!

The repair shop is right out in the open for everybody to see. As soon as I enter with my bike that needs repair, they help me right away and there's no waiting. Bike repair rates are very reasonable.
