The people in the store create a very relaxed environment. They will greet you, ask if you need help, then step back, allowing the customer to wander and window-shop. When I do have questions, they are more than willing to give great advice, not simply push high-end products at me. They have a great inventory of many bikes and accessories. I enjoy visiting the store, even when I am not in need of any particular good or service.
Clean and organized retail and maintenance space. Organized and shadowed tools conveyed competency. Straight forward timely assessment. Extremely timely and professional voicemail. I was less concerned about price because of the other factors above. Best of luck in Woodbury!
That new indoor cycling set up where you can race people from all over the world my favorite bikes in there cyclocross bikes fat bikes road bikes e-bikes and really awesome pair of winter riding boots I want to get it's been nice meeting a lot of guys that worked already a lot of people.

The new setup looks nice. I usually get in every month or so and I can see great changes. Sorry to see Penn and County Cycles go, but I know it's not necessarily an easy business to be in. Glad you guys took over. Stay strong and independent. I've been going to Freewheel off and on since you were in a house in S. Mpls. years ago. That will date me! Who would have thought then we'd see e-bikes and computer trainers.
Today's service was excellent.
The guys working was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was friendly and interested in building report. I will definitely come back. Pretty good prices as well for brink and mortar store.
