Outstanding sales and service, they listened and took appropriate action to make everything right . The sales and service folks bent over backwards to make us a happy customer. We would not hesitate to purchase a car from Don Franklin Auto again in the future. The weak spot is the finance area, they did not communicate well and did not obtain a lower interest rate that they should have, with excellent credit they could have proceeded differently with better results and they really didn’t care about the end results. We found the sales and service areas to be outstanding in every way but the finance area not so much.
