Their service department is excellent, they go out of their way to help, easy to make appts, not long wait time, super friendly, and of course no one likes to pay for car repairs but Don Franklin auto is very reasonable, and as a woman car issues are troubling but this place is wonderful, very appreciative of their help

Was very efficient. Did all the acquired maintenance in about 30 minutes or less was very friendly and was easy to get an appointment.
The guy who helped me gave me great advice and was a huge help. Im not sure of his name, an older gentleman maybe around 50 or so. He checked me in, kept me informed and gave me details of everything I wanted to know.
The reception employees were very friendly and supportive. I got hassle fee service and my vehicle was timely serviced and delivered. The employee started text communication as soon as I left my car for the service. That also helped me to communicate and share my problems with the employees. Overall, I am very have with the employees and throw service provided.
