Fast, efficient. Asked for tire rotation and tech told me I need new tires. Refreshing not to be simply charged for something inappropriate. Been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years and this honest service is why. This is the type of business you need to be supporting!

Quick and inexpensive. They reviewed my visit portfolio and were able to offer the same service as before. Additionally they provided recommendations to keep my car maintained but didn’t push me into anything.

The service was great & speedy. I was finishing a phone conversation in the parking lot and before even approaching the building the crew members were at my window asking if I wanted an oil change & told me when ever I was ready to come on over. they were super speedy but still super polite & not rushing me at all. I was having a bad day and their bright and cheery attitudes were exactly what I needed. so much so that it made me truly emotional & cashier Danny asked me if everything was ok I lied and said yes but eventually broke down & told them I appreciated how nice they were because I was having a bad day . I was sobbing at this point and a couple of the crew had walked back in and even asked if I needed a hug and I did. people in the customer service industry sometimes don’t realize their attitudes really have an impact on people’s days. these men don’t even have to worry about that because it just seemed natural to them. It felt like they really truly cared. Without going into too much detail, they should know that they really truly made a difference in my day. I will no longer be getting my oil changed at my dealership but will only go to that jiffy lube from now on.
I am a customer at the Glen Burnie location- I had to go to the Millersville location to check my AC and they were all wonderful! Found the part and fixed it in 3 hours. I am a loyal and happy customer 😊❤️

The people are friendly, respectful and courteous. They do their best to assist you with what need. The place is clean and comfortable in the waiting area. I like Jiffy Lube because they can assist me with my car which need repair, replace and check. I don't have to go to different businesses to have work done on my car, Jiffy Lube does it all. I'm comfortable with Jiffy Lube service.
