I was informed before an examination was performed that my back brake pads were on red and needed to be changed yet my brakes were changed less than 6 months ago by a company that I have trusted for more than 6 years with 3 vehicles at this point. The same with a tuneup, I was informed that I needed one and had already received one within the last year. I keep all my paperwork inside my vehicle. This was very disappointing and disheartening.

The people are good and the service is fast. However, I was there for an oil change that I couldn’t get from another mechanic. That other person told me to take my car back to the people who did the last oil change (Jiffy Lube). I was told by the other mechanic that oil was leaking from the oil pan and the drain plug. He would not do the oil change because of this and that it was an error on the previous oil change.
Lou Loverde from Jiffy Lube told me that was not the problem and that oil was slowly leaking from a deteriorating gasket from (I think) my oil pan. That way it had nothing to do with my prior oil change. He gave me a quote on getting the parts I needed.
I don’t know about these things, but these are different stories and I think someone is not being truthful with me. But I don’t know who. I may just have to find another mechanic all together.

I am always appreciative of Lou and his team. My concern is how some of the male techs talk to women. In this case I had 3 technicians lecture me about what happened when I asked for my levels to be checked. There is one thing to educate your customers and another to talk at you. In this situation they were closed when the indicator came on and I went the next day to have them check it. Only one gentleman spoke to me like I had a brain, and wasn't apart of those 3. 2 of the 3 I have never seen at this location. I like the service at this location but when new techs come in and don't know you are a regular it is very annoying. They need to treat customers with respect regardless of the gender. Working on their customer service skills is a must, If this would happen again I will just have my mechanic do the service and report it to corporate.

To go somewhere that to me/my family became almost traditional after i had one bad experience and received a truly heart felt call to resolve the issue, I have to say, Chris especially, but the entire staff was so welcoming and professional that all I can say was missing would be a cold beer (not promoting drinking and driving my no means) it really had a friendly, welcoming, family atmosphere and has definitely earned my loyal business!! Oh, and the work the staff does is great as well!!
