How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Staff was not friendly, did not go over services rendered or mention about the top off policy.
Did not remove my old oil sticker from last service, just stuck the new one on right below the old one, the simple fact that they skip that step out of pure laziness, makes me question what other steps the employees skip that we can't see.

I have been coming here for over 6 years and this is the first time I had a bad experience
Not sure yet if I will be returning.

Professional, clean and friendly at all times no matter when I go. Just love the services that are rendered and in a timely manner. I tell family, friends, co worker and anyone who will listen to go to Jiffy Lube for their oil changes and tire rotations.
