It comes down to the people. I drive further to go to this Jiffy Lube than the other locations. There is no pressure, just matter of fact conversation and service. Also, as a woman, I do not feel disrespected, or "less" there, which can often happen in the automotive service.
The guys had my car serviced so quickly. They were professional and courteous.

Again , went to get in car two lights were on. Car wouldn’t go over 15 mph. Was told would have to come back after 2pm when Mike the mechanic was there. Had to have car towed to a mechanic, they broke the sensor above oil filter , worse yet they tried rigging it instead of owning up to what they did .
