Great service! Kind and quick.
I've been coming to this location for several years to have my car serviced. The staff are all amazing.
Greeted by a very friendly employee. car was nice and clean when i picked it up and the employee who checked me out was also very friendly! amazing customer service - I wish i had gotten their names so they could be recognized

I had asked for some feedback in regard to a leak I am noticing… they told me they would look and let me know when done. however after the service was completed, no one came back to discuss what was found with my car. I asked the girl who was checking me out and she said “they didn’t put any notes, so everything should be fine”. It would have been nice if the service rep came back to explain if they did or did not find the issue I was inquiring about. Now I’m unsure if they checked and will need to visit another location to have them recheck the same issue.
They did more then I came for but with permission and they were super friendly and respectful.
Very fast when they work at my car
Quick and efficient
My tire went flat. Took to tire shop and there was no leak. The tire valve got stuck when Jiffy Lube tested my tire’s air pressure and air leaked out. This was corrected when we put more air in the tire, it popped back in place. Now I am left with damage on my tire from driving on a flat! No longer using Jiffy Lube. It’s already enough headache and pressure dealing with associates trying to offer over-exaggerated services. Valvoline will get my business moving forward. Very disappointed.
They did not vacuum my car out properly they did not take the mats out and vacuum the floors they did not do the front or back the dirt is still on the carpet my husband is very upset because I took it and he said because I was a woman this is how they treat us
The customer service was very good and they were very fast in getting me serviced. They were professional and did as well.
I went in for a signature oil service of which I paid $106.43.
My floors were not vacuumed.
My tire pressure was left low in 3 of 4 tires. It should have been 36PSI. I have 36, 35, 34 and 30 PSI.
I'm not sure if my windows were washed.
Assuming everything else was topped off/changed.
Staff was pleasant and appeared to be professional. It wasn't until I was on my way home that I noticed the floor mats were dirty and then my low tire pressure came on and I checked the air pressure in my tires. Its not the end of the world, just disappointing that this is the service you get when not watching.

The staff member that met me at my car did not greet me in the usual way I am use to at this Jiffy Lube. He did not welcome me, nor did he ask what services I needed. I had to tell him what services I wanted. Don't know if he was just having a bad day, but not a good impression.

Glad I got my oil changed. I really liked my car was vacuumed out. After having a sour day it made me smile. Every Jiffy Lube DOES NOT follow their protocol but this location did. You got a loyal customer. For sure!
