Have a fleet vehicle and often use you guys at a location closer to home because everywhere else needs an appointment. Was working at a place next door to this unit and was over due for oil change. Came to get it 2 hours later and truck sounded louder than normal. Kept driving home and t started to rain and I found my driver's side windshield wiper to be way too small. Passenger side is correct size. Once I got home I found the air filter box cover was off allowing unfiltered air into the engine. Tires were rootated as I had requested but this vehicle needs 55psi up front and 75 in the rear. I came in with a low tire light on the dash. Thankfully it was still on when i lefft because I might not have noticed right away that they were not adjusted. These trucks handle poorly on the highway when you have them improperly inflated. Team was friendly and awesome to deal with when I arrived, and after returning promptly to correct tire pressure.just greatly disappointed after seeing the bill for 353 dollars and not being done correctly. I did call and ask about the wiper blade before I discovered the air box lid. He said come back and they will swap it out, but that's a 45 mile drive one way.

The only place that I will go to get my oil changed, tires rotated etc, is JIFFY LUBE. I depend on the mechanics giving me an honest assessment of what's going on with my truck. The staff is very professional and courteous at all times. They greet you, find out what it is that you need done, then you are directed to the waiting area. Once your car /truck is inside, you will be called back to discuss if there is anything else needed, or they will give you a heads up regarding something that needs attention. You are given the option of addressing the concern or take care of the issue at another time. I say that to say there is no hassling for you to get other recommended services. I also like the fact that they vacuum the interior and clean your windshield as a courtesy. I was in and out in no time. A PLUS service!!
Staff on Sunday August 4, 2024 was very friendly and helpful. I had just stopped to have them check my fluids and they told me about my battery needing to be cleaned off which they did for me and also some other issues I was having. They took good care of me. I am glad that I use Jiffy Lube for my oil changes, etc.

Staff was not friendly, did not go over services rendered or mention about the top off policy.
Did not remove my old oil sticker from last service, just stuck the new one on right below the old one, the simple fact that they skip that step out of pure laziness, makes me question what other steps the employees skip that we can't see.
I have been coming here for over 6 years and this is the first time I had a bad experience

Used valvoline restore and protect full synthetic....wish u guys carried it.
