The service was fast and effective and while they tried to sell me service I didn't need. I find it incredibly rude and condescending to ask a woman getting her car serviced if her husband is mad at her and making her do it herself. I was recently violently assaulted and this reinforced my overwhelming feeling that all men are pigs. My service tech was kind and helpful. The cashier was the rude one

The technicians were very courteous, and friendly. My car was serviced immediately and I was out within 15- 20 minutes.

Promptness and very kind and curious folks. We were in and out in no time. Plus it’s local in my community. A 5 minute drive.
I liked how easy it was to get service. The gentleman who came out and greeted me was super friendly ! I also like how the guy recommended I change my wiper blades because I really needed new ones.

Brake service was oversold and overpriced vs local repair shop down the road...stick with oil....
They were opened on time (went on a Sunday). They had me in and out in no time and the price was fair, a little high but I understand with prices going up. All in all happy with the service provided.
The manager is not friendly. Asked a question and he was kind of short with me.
I come here frequently and he is the only one with an aggressive personality.

On this visit, I had planned for a routine oil change and wheel rotations. The team inspected my car and determined that I needed front-end brakes. It was a tough and expensive decision, but safety comes first. I like that the service manager showed me the condition of the brakes.
I have trusted this Jiffy Lube for more than 20 years to help maintain my cars. I live 55 minutes from the store, but continuity means a lot to me, no matter the distance.

They are very professional people. They are kind and courteous and try to service your car as quickly as possible. If you pull up the wrong coupon they will tell you and give you a complimentary coupon. This is why I come here.
They are always friendly, fast and efficient. Been going to this same location for over 10 years and I've always had a great experience. I would highly recommend!

I am really upset that a cabin filter cost 49 bucks when you can buy it online for less than 25 bucks. The market up price is too much. Putting air in tires is actually more work than replacing a cabin air filter. It should not cost double labor to put it in.

But you prices seem a bit on the steep end .
You must remember that for most money 💰 is tight , but people need their cars 🚗 for work .
I was not able to use 3 different coupons I downloaded from YOUR website. Also, I never received my receipt that should have been emailed. I need this to turn in for my expense report.
