Prices have gone up significantly, charged to top off coolant, filters expensive to replace, added some kind of bottle charge to daughters car and a $10 charge to remove something in her car to get to oil. will not come to jiffy lube again after coming for years.

If you offer a signature service that includes vaccuming your car and washing windows then those things need to be done correctly. Two swipes on the front floor mats and smearing the grim on the windows is not correct. Just don't offer it if it can't be done right.
The service was fast maybe a little to fast.

Waited almost an hour to just get an oil change. Wasn’t allowed to use coupon I found on the official website, “system is having trouble” was the excuse I was given. Was told my oil life was reset in the car and that the car was vacuumed. Got in the car, oil life was not reset and floor mats were all dirty. Very disappointed, doubtful I return to this location always seem to have problems here.

The mechanic Tayshawn was very friendly and he gave me the $20 bill that he found on the floor of my car. The mechanic that rang me up was nice as well.
