I took my car to this place to get a trip ready for my wife. They had to travel on New Year’s Day, so I knew the weather would be bad. I paid for an oil change and for all of my fluids be topped off… And they said all the fluids would be topped off and it was ready! Three hours into the drive it started snowing and come to find out they had not topped off or windshield wiper fluid. Snow got bad and it was very unsafe to drive.
The service was very kind and nice but didn’t fully do what they said they did & what I paid for.
I liked the manager. Very knowledgable. Clearly runs a tight ship.

This was an excellent visit!!! Everybody was incredibly kind and eager to help, even on New Year’s Eve. There were great team dynamics and everybody was getting a long. The service was prompt and thorough. Will recommend to everyone I know!

Staff was very friendly as usual, but spoke to me like I was a child and tried to get me to pay for things on my vehicle that were 100% unnecessary (example-tire rotation on brand new tires I just had replaced). I understand they are pressured by Jiffy Lube to make as much $ off of people as possible, but assuming because I am a woman that I will fall for it-and then speaking to me like I am a dumb child-is not right. Typically go to Jiffy Lube in Altoona, and never had an issue like this there, so maybe I need to start going back to them again. Staff is extremely friendly and kind, so this isn't on them. It is on upper management for pushing them to squeeze $ out of people however possible. I do not want follow-up at this time. Happy New Year.

The staff was very communicative!
I came on 12/22/25 for an oil change and to check if I needed to change out any tires. Work order 157 and invoice 592737. Name removed Clarksville.
I was told that all tires were good and the engine was clean and the car had no issues with very little mileage. I choose the better oil for the engine and what I saw on the screen was the total was under $150. However my final charge was 303.51. I never had such an expansive bill for my 2022 Hyundai Kona.
I don’t understand what 3-step targeted maintenance rr is about and EXP one engine treatment.
