The person who handled my car didnt even ask me what oil i wanted to put, just put a random oil and came and told me it was done, I could not understand his English at all either, overcharging like crazy
I really enjoyed coming to Jiffy Lube in Crofton, MD. Service was impeccable. I love the fact that, if I don't particularly like the oil options provided, I have the option to bring my own oil. I requested to have an addictive added during my oil changed and of course Jiffy Lube obliged with my request. Thank you Jiffy Lube for accommodating me, it really meant a lot. Until next time, keep providing extraordinary customer service!!
I like the service and attention, the team at that location is very good, which is why I've been coming here for over six months. I usually got my car oil changed at the one on New Hampshire Ave! but the service there is terrible.

I am disabled . My grand daughter took my car . . But I can tell you that I always take my truck /car to JL because of the good job that they do .
I always forget this, but you basically ambush the customer when deciding what to fix. I come in to get an oil change and a bunch of graphs are put in front of me to show why I need to do a bunch more than I planned on when I came in. I am not sure what I am looking at, yet they are the basis to explain to me why I need to pay almost 2x I thought when I walked in.
At my old shop, although I may pay a similar price, I didn’t mind because I understood what I got and why I needed it. I usually leave curious if I really needed what I just received. Only benefit of here over my old shop, I can drive in here for any appointment.
I still refer people to my old place, Chesapeake Import.
Dropped my car off and they worked on it came back 2 hours later and it was ready

Friendly and efficient
I’m very disappointed with my recent service at Jiffy Lube. I went in for an oil change, fluid top-off, and a differential fluid exchange. However, the next day, when I got home, I realized that several of my fluids hadn’t been topped off at all. I tried to use my windshield washer fluid, and there was nothing in the reservoir — even though I had just had service done less than two days before.
It’s frustrating to pay for a service that was clearly not completed as promised. I expected better attention to detail and basic follow-through. I hope this location improves the quality of their work, but based on this experience, I can’t recommend their service.
Much more professional than the Jiffy Lube I had been using.

Good service and honest
Set expectations when you try to up-sell people that the service will take 3x as long as you initially said. Pulled up and asked for oil change, and employee said it would take 20 minutes. I was upsold to something else I “needed,” felt pressured to make a decision with very little information but was never made aware it would take 1 hour 15 minutes. That delta is unacceptable. Also other Jiffy Lubes do not test drive, it was weird and unexpected.
Over 10% price hike since my last visit. Too much.

Every time I stop by jiffy lube for an oil change I am immediately met by one of the associates who is also always courteous and asked me what I am there for and has me on my way in no time at all. Always professional
