Mean mugging me and then criticizing my vehicle saying it was running lean. Seemed to be getting mad for no reason.
I have an AFR gauge telling me it is running at 14.7. Also, told me i had a fake code. i have a device that tells me everything.
I just let him feel right to stop the back and forth.
Id prefer if workers minded their own business.

The guys should not try and take advantage of women with trying to sell them every thing under the sun when only an oil change was requested.
This is the first time this has happened to me and I’ve been going for years.
I know a thing or two about cars and simply declined and told them I would have my mechanic check those items in May when getting a state inspection.
No need for the pressure- just change my oil

I was told I would get 15% military discount and they only gave me 10%. I noticed it on my receipt and went back to ask if this was correct and four people in the office said yes it is only 10% for military discount. Online it says 15%. This is very bait and switch practice.

The customer service is good and they are always willing pleasant. However, they need to do a better job with vacuuming the car. It looked like they just did the front and left the back.
