The latch for the glove box was broken when they accessed the cabin air filter and the air filter cover was also broken. I figure this out when I opened the glove box and it wouldn’t close right so I checked the latches and one of the latches was broken. I was also charged for skid plate removal which I have never been charged for at any jiffy line for these services before. Very questionable.

Over priced, did things and charged me for things I specifically asked them not to do, Rummaging through my glove box leaving papers and recipes all over my passenger seat, and changing settings on my media center like my vehicle auto lock system was off.

I chose a convenient time for me @ 0800 or just after. Just one car inside at that point so they brought me right in. I am in the computer, bring my own K+N filter (might be a great upsell for JL if it would be profitable.) I was in and out in 15min. Even with the recommendation to replace the cabin air filter. Didn't go with that since I have that K+N filter on the shelf in my garage. Great experience thanks.
Very friendly and helpful employees. They kept me informed as they serviced my car and it was ready to go in a very short period of time. I will certainly use Clarksville, MD Jiffy Lube in the future.

overall people were nice but it wasn't disclosed that damage was done to mar car till I pulled off and heard the awful sound. when I pulled back in and said something , the gentleman said oh yeah I forgot to tell you that happened which made me think they were banking on my ignorance and hoping I didn't notice. Now its costing several hundred dollars to fix.
