Quick and efficient, everyone was nice
Everyone is really knowledgeable, friendly and always handle my car with care.
The Jiffy Lube Team conducted themselves in a professional manner. They explained everything in detail for what was needed for my vehicle.
I was lucky and arrived when nobody was in the shop, so I got right in and my car got looked at and they had the parts, so I was soon on my way. Everybody was nice too.

they are always very very helpful and nice, Im leaving for the holidays and they checked everything and felt very comfortable with the knowledge they shared..
Well, usually when I come to get my oil changed, it'd be a line of car there this time. It was only me and they were very friendly. And even came into the waiting room and talked to you about your car, which is great. Wonderful customer service.

Everyone was very nice and respectful to me from the moment I pulled in until the moment I left. I also called ahead and was well informed about the service I received. Three employees were working on December 10th, 2025 at the beltsville route 1 location and they were all amazing.
Service was done in a timely manner and the people I interfaced with were super friendly and did not pressure me for additional services.

Home I got home, here comes the dripping from beneath my truck. They didn’t even take the time to clean off any old oil after drainage. I really find that to be like Jiffy Lube. I should have remained patient and waited for my mechanic to get me in, instead of convenience. Anyway given you a (4) for how likely I would refer a friend isn’t bad!!!

From start to finish, everyone involved was so friendly and treated me with respect. I do not like having to go to places, it is outside of my comfort zone. But I felt welcomed and relaxed. I will definitely return

I like that I was greeted when I pulled up and invited to head to the lounge while my car was serviced. I liked the coffee machine that was available with flavored cream offered. I liked the review of my service record on my vehicle. It would be nice to enter service that I did at other service companies just so I don’t duplicate or be asked about services that I don’t need. I liked being able to use the coupon I had to help reduce the cost.
