Set expectations when you try to up-sell people that the service will take 3x as long as you initially said. Pulled up and asked for oil change, and employee said it would take 20 minutes. I was upsold to something else I “needed,” felt pressured to make a decision with very little information but was never made aware it would take 1 hour 15 minutes. That delta is unacceptable. Also other Jiffy Lubes do not test drive, it was weird and unexpected.
Over 10% price hike since my last visit. Too much.

Service was fine, been going there for years. Two questions: 1. Do you still do a clean the exterior windows and do a quick vacuum as part of the signature service oil change? Not sure that has happened my last few visits. 2. When finalizing and paying at this and the last few visits, the staff didn't give me a verbal summary of what they did (like, "we topped off all the fluids, changed the oil, checked the lights, vacuumed, etc etc). Not something "required" by me per se, but something that had always been done in past visits over many years. It would be nice to still get that.
Always happy to be in and out of there so quickly. Added bonus that my car is vacuumed and my windows are clean.

The service representative (never seen him before) wasn't welcoming, didn't greet, didn't ask me the usual like what kind of oil would be my choice even though I prefer full synthetic, didn't ask my preference of oil change interval (3 or 5 thousand miles). Though he suggested me a unnecessary service of changing differential fluid for my 2024 Toyota Rav 4 with only 15000 miles on it. I said 'yes' to it and later found that the service is recommended between 30000 and 60000 miles depending on driving conditions. Up selling should not be dishonest.
It smelled like cigarettes inside of the waiting area. Almost like they were smoking inside.

Had my oil change done on my wife's VW Atlas last week and had almost all the oil drained out by today. Took it to another location and found that the gasket was not properly installed and now her car will required a full exterior detail to get the oil removed.
Staff members are very knowledgeable and are professionals at what they do.

I’m very disappointed with my recent service at Jiffy Lube. I went in for an oil change, fluid top-off, and a differential fluid exchange. However, the next day, when I got home, I realized that several of my fluids hadn’t been topped off at all. I tried to use my windshield washer fluid, and there was nothing in the reservoir — even though I had just had service done less than two days before.
It’s frustrating to pay for a service that was clearly not completed as promised. I expected better attention to detail and basic follow-through. I hope this location improves the quality of their work, but based on this experience, I can’t recommend their service.
