This particular store stripped the oil pan drainage bolt hole. Now they put in a universal oil plug and it leaks oil. I would like a response to this matter

Owings Mills didn't vacuum my car even though I requested it they are very rude and lazy the whole team.

Tyrell was the man, he set the tone. Professional, confident and knowledgeable. I felt like i could relax. The entire team and vibe of the place was great. Whoever the DJ is there needs a raise. Haha. Literally the best auto mechanic experience I’ve ever had. Literally. 10/10

What could we do to improve?

I like the service. Pricing is a little high imo. You guys are the best around though so I’m not complaining. Everything is just getting outrageous.
