Good service, nice crew
I didn’t have a great experience at Annapolis jiffy lube. I’m not sure why they don’t allow people to stay in their cars for just a regular oil change. I tried to figure out pricing information in the office, but the workers wouldn’t give me the options until they already emptied the old oil from my car. I watched some of the worked eating McDonald’s French fries while they were working on my car. When I got my car back, there was a mixture of motor oil and French fry oil on several surface of the car including the seat, steering wheel, start button, door handles, etc. I was disappointed with the service and do not plan to come back again. Valvoline takes about half as long to complete the oil change and they allow you to remain in the car.

The service was fast and the staff was very professional and friendly.
I really feel that my overall interaction at this location was terrible. Long story short I was sold a more expensive oil change and then upon checkout I asked what the oil on the screen was and it was not what I asked for. They checked with the actual person that did the oil change as well as the gentleman that sold me the more expensive oil change and they were beyond confused themselves as far as what was used. I paid for the cheaper one that they rang me up for on the register and left. That was the initial complaint. But noticed today that their carelessness left oil streaks all over my hood and drivers door. I’ll definitely not use this location again and urge others not to as well.

The only thing I found unusual was that the technician who review my car's recommended maintenance schedule with me sound live he had memorized a script word for word.
Nothing wrong with this, but it sounded a little strange--as if I was listening to a telemarketer.

I’ve taken my vehicles there for years. I own a landscape company. The guys are always very good and efficient.
They added a dipstick replacement to my charge. My dipstick was unbroken when I checked my oil before arriving.
My experience at the Elkridge location was wonderful! I came in for an oil change and everyone was so helpful and efficient; they got me in and out within 30 minutes. Tim was outstanding and went above and beyond with alerting me about other issues with my car and how I can go about them. I highly recommend!
It’s always very convenient to stop in for an oil change but I also wanted my spark plugs changed. I brought my work and used the wi-fi and within 2-3 hours I was done. In addition, the price was more than reasonable.
The most helpful, generous, respectful business I came across in a very long time
Service was quick however after oil change and tire rotation, my tire pressure was not balanced. My pressure sensor immediately came on after leaving Jiffy Lube. We came to you for peace of mind before going on a very long road trip. When I checked my tires, the two right tires were at 35 psi, and the two left tires were at 28 and 30 psi. Tire pressure should be balanced as a part of this service. I would like to request some sort of reimbursement for this past service or coupon off my next service.
I recently went to this location for an oil change and I have been before but this time was extremely unorganized. The moment I walked in after handing over my keys the guy at the front desk was complaining to me about how he couldn’t answer my question because he was already dealing with a customer with too many questions and how the customer was getting on his nerves. My first red flag. Then the guy at the front desk called me up regarding my oil change to tell me that all my tire rods were broken and it was deadly and I needed to pay over $500 to have them replace it. He asked if I wanted to move forward and I told him I wanted to see it myself since I never asked for an inspection I came for only an oil change. He told me my tire rods were broken and snapped and as he pressed me for the sale he ended up showing me my car which had no broken tire rods at all and had one loose tire rod that literally just needed the bolt tightened. I appreciated them for pointing it out but as I told him I don’t need the service he told me he had to charge me for an inspection saying how he did that for me to be nice like he did it out of the kindness of his heart. They wouldn’t even tighten my rod they told me to go to a mom and pop shop. After being upset about that charge the manger decided not to charge me and just charge me for an oil change. I then got in my car after 5 mins of them running around trying to see who had my keys, I finally got my car and I noticed my registration was pulled from my glove box and left on the floor. Yes it could definitely be a mistake of not putting it back after checking my filters but I noticed my wheel lock was missing from my glove box. After attempting to get my wheel lock back they told me no one has it and he told me to go buy a new one. I then asked for corporates number because I had enough and they refused to give it to me saying they didn’t have it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION at ALL. IT IS GHETTO, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL.

I drive a manual transmission. With that said, I'm always concerned when another person drives my car. Upon arrival for my oil change and tire rotation, I was met by a young man who let me know that he commutes to work in a manual. Was pleased to hear this. The remaining staff did was nice and the service fast.
