Everyone is so polite. Very helpful and gracious. No one is pushing a sale. The service was prompt. This is my favorite Jiffy Lube location.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Oil change is now recommended at 3000 miles when in my experience, it has always been 5Phone number removed for full synthetic. I questioned this and was told “new management “ wants it that way. Seems like a way to increase revenue. Prices overall seemed much higher this visit.

I had a coupon code for 1/2 off and it was not honored. I showed the code and showed that it was from Jiffy Lube the woman said we don't do no half off. Did not even read or try to assist me with any other coupon possibly nor did she get a manager or attempt my code. But I was able to find a $10 off coupon to use. The men at this location are usually friendly.
