We had an issue with getting the oil service the-customer-asked-for (versus what was in earlier records), and accepting a coupon that was advertised, but Travis got back and said he'd make things right. I'd consider going to this location again. Watching the work, the team seemed pretty thorough.

It's the second time I've taken the car and it comes back with a leak. First time I took my wife's Jeep and it came leaking in the plug, now last Saturday I took my Ticiana and yesterday I saw that there was a stain in the oil parking lot leaking again. I took Cero and they said it wasn't them

The associate recommended not doing a tire rotation because of uneven wear of my tires until I get new ones, thus not taking advantage of the situation , honesty is what keeps repeat customers , I’ve never felt taken advantage of at the Crofton JiffyLube . Ashley & Rob are always doing a great job keeping the customer happy, I’ve been a regular customer for over seven years now and will continue using Jiffy Lube as long as they keep serving customers as they do

Everytime I have my car serviced the tire pressure is never set properly or at all. when I got into my car after servicing it the day before all of my tires were not set to 35 and the low air light was on. and it states that they were checked and air pressure was set. and clearly it wasnt done.
