We asked for a tire rotation, which was not done. We were charged for it. We had to bring it back to find out why it wasn’t done and then get a refund. No communication from anyone about it while I was there. What if I didn’t notice the tires weren’t rotated?

The technician on duty came to my assistance without hesitation. I said I thought my oil was low. He checked it and it was a quart low and he topped it off. Good customer service.
Have been going to the Jiffy Lube in Altoona, PA for a while. Their team is fast and very conscientious about what is going on with the vehicle. I really appreciate that they let me know if there is an up coming issues with my car. Brandon is very knowledgeable and courteous. Always has a welcoming friendly smile.

Those guys and gals were great! Its been years since I've been into a Jiffy Lube due to a not so great experience previously, but the team that was there was absolutely amazing!
It is always a pleasure to have my car serviced at this location. I have done it for a number of years for the following reasons. Quick service, attention to details. good and speedy communication between service team and myself, top mechanical work. The waiting room is a comfortable place to sit while waiting for one's car. I highly recommend this facility instead of going to a vehicle service department.

Exterior mirror were not touched. Windshield looked like it was licked off. Truck was not vacuumed. I realize there is "stuff" on the floor so it couldn't be vacuumed but don't tell me it was. Makes me uncomfortable with what was done and what wasn't.
Oh my God the service was so amazing from entering the parking lot to getting out of the parking lot. The staff was so great. They took care of Miss Ruby so good. She’s doing great and the front desk lady was so nice. There is nothing else I could’ve asked for but great service Thank you Jiffy Lube.

No follow-up needed and evryone is well-intended but much was undone and simply not done, which is OK. There are other ways to get oil and fluids changed! Not a problem.
I agreed to a couple upsells but they were not performed and so cost me nothing but more time elsewhere accomplishing these tasks.

The young man who asked what I needed failed to have tires rotated. Also, my oil usage guage was never reset. And last, I always appreciated when the person working on my vehicle met with me before servicing to ask me to verify what I wanted done. These are minor issues and I am taking care of the first two items myself. I will also return for servicing, but I think that I need to mention the items listed previously.
Prompt attention & service but only needed oil service as my low oil indicator came on while out of town. The technician pulled my cabin filter & air filter too suggesting I replace them but I needed to return home & ask the he re-install them. On my travel home sitting in the front passenger seat I felt cold air on my legs, opener the glove box & there was a breeze in there so I assumed the cabin filter was not put back in. This took place on Sunday so the next morning, Monday, at home in Pittsburgh I went to a local Jiffy Lube to have this evaluated & the technician Sean greeted me promptly and after explaining my concern discovered the cabin filter was not fully inserted & said that's why I was feeling the cold outside air on my legs. He promptly installed it & also checked the air filter which was installed correctly. MAJOR KUDOS TO SEAN!
