Always courteous and accurate.
The service technician broke my Ford Maverick glove box when removing the air filter (which I didn't ask for). I have 17K miles on the vehicle.
He didn't tell the service manager, who didn't tell me. When I asked for a refund for the oil change, he refused.
I had to escalate to get the service manager to commit for paying to replace the damage, but he refused to put it in writing. He also refused to tell me the name of the technician who pulled the filter out (could have been him for all I know). I have photographs of the damage and the manager. He told me to contact the general manager and also refused to give me the name of the district manager or counsel for Jiffy Lube. Lots of excuses and ZERO customer service. He literally told me this was "an honest mistake" and if the technician didn't want to be held accountable for the damage, he would have concealed the broken parts that were on the floor mat under the damaged glove box.

The guy that greeted me was great. The issue was that I was charged extra for things I didn’t ask for to be done. And when I asked about it I got a snarky response from the guy that helped me check out.

Quick, efficient service with professionalism.
I requested for a tire rotation but I forgot about lug nut so you were unable do it. However you removed or loosen the other nuts. While driving i noticed the tires were swinging . Stopped on I-70 highway and notice 6 nuts were missing. 3 were loose and 3 tires completely damaged. Spent the whole night waiting for assistance and after 14 hours got help from a passerby who charged me $900 for 3 tires. He removed the three tires drove to Pittsburgh and replaced them. It was my worst experience ever.

I love the Annapolis jiffy lube. The guys that work there are friendly and helpful. Always a positive experience, no pressure to buy or add on extras just the facts of what your car needs etc.
