I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. All the staff were friendly and efficient

I received a coupon for Jiffy Lube via mail. I have been using Jiffy Lube for several years now. I was told the coupon would not be honored. I asked if they could scan for a check engine light on my vehicle. I was told they could. When I left, I forgot to ask about it. Apparently it had not been checked. It was a very disappointing visit, considering I spent around $240 dollars on other services this visit (tire rotation, cabin and air filters, in addition to my oil change). I may need to find another oil change shop for my future needs. This was Monday, late morning, and the shop was not particularly busy. The staff at Jiffy Lube in Altoona is very knowledgeable very professional. I take my work vehicle there several times a year very happy with the service.

Asked for a simple oil change, filters were pulled out. Obviously to up-charge me but does the include breaking my glove box so it doesn’t close?
I drive a manual transmission. With that said, I'm always concerned when another person drives my car. Upon arrival for my oil change and tire rotation, I was met by a young man who let me know that he commutes to work in a manual. Was pleased to hear this. The remaining staff did was nice and the service fast.

I didn’t have a great experience at Annapolis jiffy lube. I’m not sure why they don’t allow people to stay in their cars for just a regular oil change. I tried to figure out pricing information in the office, but the workers wouldn’t give me the options until they already emptied the old oil from my car. I watched some of the worked eating McDonald’s French fries while they were working on my car. When I got my car back, there was a mixture of motor oil and French fry oil on several surface of the car including the seat, steering wheel, start button, door handles, etc. I was disappointed with the service and do not plan to come back again. Valvoline takes about half as long to complete the oil change and they allow you to remain in the car.
