I have been working with Landry Bicycles in Natick and Norwood over the last 10 years and I always get what I am looking for.

Everything was great! I brought a bike in to be serviced in the service department was wonderful. And I also bought a bike and the sales people were great!

I’m always greeted by a friendly employee who makes my time there a good experience. Had to swap out an item for a different one and it couldn’t have been easier.

The product seems great on paper. On the other hand customers, service was amazing. Anna was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. If I am hiring my first employee I would hire her.

At my latest visit on June 19th I worked with a few associates. The first two worked in tandem to get the right spare tire tubes I needed; a few different sizes that were not readily available on shelf. After not finding it the first go around, the first associate asked the help of another who eventually found the right sizes in stock out back. I appreciated that I wasn't just told, "we don't have them". Especially since the boys needed them for their MTB camp at Hale the next two weeks.
When it came time to cash out Dan was very helpful and informative concerning the info on the 24" bike I was buying for a younger son, as well as different MTB clubs my 12yr could get involved with. I walked out with the right gear and and some bonus info, so all in all a great experience.
