Walked right in, someone helped me find the right size spoke wrench for my wheel in hand and also gave me a piece of inner cable sheathing so I could replace my own inner cable at home without ordering a whole spool. So much better than having to order online. Love having a local shop and knowledgeable people. Keep up the great service!

Always been very happy with you all. Used to just come in for parts when I needed them but this was the first time I dropped my bike off for service. (forgive me for forgetting names but I think the person I spoke to was a Noah?) He was very helpful and friendly, explained the process to me and gave me a quote and a general idea of when I could expect the bike to be done. The mechanical work was solid and I have no complaints! Great work, great team, looking forward to using you all in the future for service

I honestly can say enough. I had started to get help from a young man.. Apologies on forgetting his name. He brought me to Hannah.. Who helped with cleats, pedals and shoes..I am a first time user of the system.. As flat pedals have been my safety net.. Hannah took the time to find the best system for me and she personally fitted the clear to the shoes for me. I am a first time customer but this will definitely be back. Thank you
