Emily, Doug and Hannah are just the best! Very competent. Excellent knowledge, even with my moderately vintage gear. I generally do some of my own maintenance like buying and installing new tires on my road bike. But this year, I just couldn't get my new tires (that I bought on line onto my rims. I was embarrassed to have to bring them in for help since I didn't buy them there. But Emily was very graceful and helped me out. I've since bought some shoes, cleats, and mounts for an older rack, and the team has been great about ordering items that haven't been in stock. THIS is the reason for supporting the LBS!

Brak was amaaazing! I went in thinking I wanted a certain type of bike and he realized I was looking for something different just by listening between the lines of what I was saying. HE WAS SO RIGHT! I went in 3 times trying to decide on athe size of the bike and they had such patience. Not pushy at all and not suggesting anything more than my budget.

They are good quality and the help picking out and purchasing the bike was very good. Answered all of our questions.

Excellent service and convenient locations

They helped address issues with a bike we got for our 10 year old. Even though we didn't purchase it there, there were friendly and willing to help. They got the issue fixed and made sure the bike was safe for us. Excellent service all around!
