The women helping us at the service center was amazing. My daughter had back to back flats and she was so kind and informative - giving us instructions on how to reinstall the tire. She also recommended a tool for adjusting seats and handlebars. I was out of my element with the bike stuff but she made it easy. Thank you!

Sterling was Amazing. Helped me to pick out a new ride that suited me, was knowledgeable about all the safety equipment I would need and even offered me a test ride. I was a little nervous about getting a bike after years of not riding and especially an ebike, which I have never ridden. The store was neat, clean, well stocked and I would send everyone there! When I arrived with my grandson we were met by a very friendly staff member. He had to help a customer with a problem so another staff member was right there to continue the service. We told him what we were looking for and we set on the path to be find the right bike. When we did my grandson took it for a ride and liked it. We had lights and a kickstand installed and then went on our way.
