OMG! Your customer service is amazing.
I came in to have my daughter’s bike tuned up. I had a question regarding a hand - me down bike we had just received. It had a tire valve I was unfamiliar with the tech took me over to show room floor and showed me how to work a Presta valve. I went home and was able to do it… many thanks for the extra time he spent with me.

Whole experience was great! Doug was super helpful and informative, and the rest of the staff were super welcoming. I’m a giant, so I appreciate the steps taken to find a great fit with bike frame size and usage. Getting to test the bike out and Doug making adjustments and adding the accessories to the bike sealed the deal for me! I won’t go anywhere else!
