Good customer service

Super responsive to my bike repairs and didn't try to sell me a new tubeless rim when I was convinced I needed one. They fixed my bike up and got it back to me in a few days, just in time to take it on a road trip. Thanks for the help!

Landry’s has such a wide variety of cycles, equipment & clothing that I, generally, am able to find what I want, or help getting it from another store.

The salespeople are consistently knowledgeable and share that knowledge in ways that are accessible.

I have made several bike purchases over the years and also have had my bikes serviced at Landry's. I took my 15+ yr old Cannondale in for a tune up, rode it yesterday and today and felt so good to be back on the bike, everything went smoothly.
I find the employees very helpful with any questions I have, I also notice that they all seem to be happy on the job, and that make for great customer service.
