I live an hour away so was calling around looking for a specific style & size bike for my wife. I had a few frustrating experiences with some shops who didn't call me back, weren't sure of their inventory, or tried to sell me something completely different. When I called Landry's in Norwood, Tricia picked up the phone and from there the experience was great. She was super knowledgable and accurate with the info I was looking for, and she had great customer skills. I purchased the bike over the phone and my wife picked it up a week later. Smooth experience.

The associate who helped me was great. We came in one day after hours (I misread the website and thought you closed at 6 but it was 5) and she took care of us anyway. I do wish they'd lock the door to avoid random people like me. I was a little embarrassed when I realized we didn't belong inside. She was very helpful, listened to my needs and got me a bike that I love. Thanks so much to the Landry's team!

The professional, well-informed and courteous staff. I personally found that they have more bikes and accessories in stock than any other bike shop I inquired about or visited. That was particularly impressive to me during this Covid ‘bike rush’. The prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Landry‘s bicycles to anyone searching for bikes and bicycle accessories.

Hanna was great, She was always willing to offer professional and friendly advise, and was very flexible to allow me to leave my bike at the shop while I recovered from an injury.
She has outstanding knowledge and was extremely professional in handling all of my requests.

The salesperson was very helpful, answered all our questions and did some adjustments to the unit we bought. The only problem, she could not place an order on some optional parts as those were out of stock at the manufacturer's. I understand that this is not store's fault.

Buying the bike I wanted was hassle free, even when bike inventory is low during this pandemic. Easy location to get to and an attentive staff made the transaction easy.
