Have always been had the sales take time and review all my questions.
Came in with a flat mountain bike tire and Brandon diagnosed the cause/problem and repaired it quickly and expertly. He and another colleague were very helpful with many DYI questions I had along the way, both about the tire, cleaning/lubricating the chain, and disc brakes.
People listened to our needs let us test drive the bikes and answered all questions that we had. They were courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable.
