I patronize this Jiify Lube and have not had a complaint. Howevwe, It was not apparent to me on this visit that the car had been vacuumed because there were leaves on the passenger side floor. Also, the updates to the system notifications such as Oil change needed were not done.

The mechanics were very quick at performing an oil change for my Chevrolet Suburban. At Jiffy Lube, one mechanic stands under the vehicle in a service pit to perform the oil change while the others are up top checking fluids, adding the new oil, and they also vacuum out the carpets inside the vehicle. Therefore, my truck did not have to be put on a lift making it an efficient process for all of these tasks to be completed simultaneously. The mechanics conducted themselves professionally and answered all of my questions.

Very friendly and proactive staff. When I pulled up, someone ran my vehicle history so they immediately addressed me by name. Makes you feel like they are going to take care of your vehicle when they take the time before you get onto the floor.

I like the quality of excellent customer service given to me by Mr. Larry Derr. He respectfully explained what needed to be done both with words and pictured so I can understand He patiently and in a pleasant voice, not fake answered my question. I also observed how he remained professional, calm and respectfully, apologetic while dealing with an obnoxious customer. The customer calmed down and apologized to Mr. Derr before leaving.
No appointment was necessary and the oil change was done quickly. They also informed me of what else was needed and what would be urgent and what could wait
