Everything went smoothly. They did just what I asked and quickly.
The courteous Jiffy Lube employee who explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable asking him questions.
The service advisor was very helpful with showing me my recommended services. He did not pressure me into doing anything that I wasn’t comfortable with. The team serviced my vehicle in a timely fashion, vacuumed the interior and cleaned the windshield. The only thing that I would recommend is they should show you the full oil line on the dipstick before releasing the vehicle. Overall. It was a great experience.

I was there last week for an oil change , after the change I asked about a smell I have been experiencing for a few months , I was told it was a oil leak top and bottom and was told next door at precision I can take there when able. I was asking about the effect being that the person who did the change did not mention the issue until I asked..I was also told as long as my oil levels are good it would not cause extensive damage because it was a 1/2 quart low and within 1000 miles if I did not get it repaired right away , they would top it off at no cost.. which I thought was great.. If I was told the issue without asking I would say 10., very likely . Otherwise I will keep coming back because everyone is friendly.. despite what happened.( Not each time like this time my car was vacuumed and tire pressure set.) . which I will I still choose Jiffy Lube for my change also despite naysayers !!
I have supported different locations but if I was to give an Award it would go to this location hands down. The entire staff is Professional, Kind and they all provide AMAZING Customer Service and last but not least the Manager Nate seems to be an Excellent Mentor!!!
Pasenda would be my second choice their staff is Phenomenal !!!

I would prefer not a call or email, we won’t be returning to this location regardless. What I didn’t appreciate is the dishonesty which lets be real we can expect that at most oil change locations for the sale but when you don’t even check the tires or put the fluid in that’s literally paid for thats neglect.
The workers in this establishment are ALWAYS top notch!! They get you in & out as guaranteed 15 minutes or less for an oil change and back on the road. I like the fact that they help you keep your vehicle in good running condition. I am a very pleased customer. Thanks crew🌟🌟of Glen Burnie
