Paint the waiting room - Its always so depressing in there
Oil was left all over the bottom of my vehicle- I had to take it to a different shop because the smell of oil was prominent and I didn’t want to ignore it if something wasn’t right. They said I was a quart low on oil and that there was oil everywhere under my hood. Disappointed because I paid for the extra quart at JiffyLube and I had to pay to take it somewhere to clean up the mess and get my oil topped off. Still dealing with the oil smell being burnt off. Email follow up please.
The tech person told me I had low colant. I thought this was odd because low colant means that there is a leak which is a serious problem. I declined and went to autozone to buy a gallon thinking I better be safe than sorry. Two weeks later false. the collant was a insignificant level below the mark. I felt this was an unnecessary cash grab and unneeded in that I have been a loyal customer for a looong time.
I purchased a new filter for my vehicle and they did not put the cover back into my car. My car began smelling like strong odors. I will never come back again! I always come across issues dealing with this location.
