I came in on October 29, 2024 to have a driver side rear brake light replaced. Instead, I ended up with NO rear brake lights working. I had to go to the dealership this morning and pay $106 to have the mess made by Jiffy Lube fixed. The Jiffy Lube service rep said that it appeared that the wiring was messed up. It wasn't. One bulb, the one I came in to have replaced, was burned out. Thompson Hyundai had to reinstall all the bulbs removed by Jiffy Lube, as well as replace the burned out bulb.
Everyone is helpful and customer service is good. I been going to the same Jiffy Lube for at least 20 years.

Everything is overpriced, so I only go to Jiffy Lube for convenience, and when I have coupons. But the coupons never seem to work, and the service isn’t always that convenient. It feels like you’re constantly being upsold on things you probably don’t need yet (like new air filters when the ones you have aren’t that dirty yet), and that makes it hard to trust the objectivity of the assessments you’re getting. And it seems like only a very narrow set of issues can be dealt with, but simple things like degreasing a greasy area under the hood, or jiggling a cable when a sensor is acting weird, either are not offered, or are offered for a crazy fee. It feels very clear that we’re “just customers”, rather than anyone going the extra mile and making the massive prices really worth it.
