How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right? Please indicate if you would like a phone or email follow-up?

They use recycled oil. I got my oil changed again a week later just to be on the safe side because I was making a very long road trip and I do drive a lot on a daily basis. To my surprise, the oil that was drained was absolutely filthy. Entirely too dirty to have happened within a week. They’re using recycled oil. I’ll never be back.

What could we do to improve?

I showed your employee my 15% off valid coupon from my email and he only gave me 10%off, would’ve saved me another $9-10. Not happy about that.

Outstanding service by your team. All of your associates were personable, professional, and caring towards my son and I. The collaboration amongst the team resulted in a smooth and speedy process. The entire process took 15-20 minutes. Please give a “Thank You” to the entire team who worked on Sunday, October 27th - they deserve the shout-out.
