Second time at this location for an oil change. Never checked my tire pressure or reset my oil life the first time. Thought it may have just been an oversight. Came back again and the same thing happened. Wonder if they are ever performing the full service at this point. Seems like the bare minimum is being performed. Not only that but they left greasy hang prints all over my white truck handles
I love this Jiffy Lube and the men who work there go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and they are good people!!! I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes...The only thing I could suggest is for the owner or owners of this Jiffy Lube to pay your employees more money, they definitely deserve a pay raise...

James the current and longtime manager, at this location, is a excellent manager, has always taken of my vehicle , in a timely manner, and has always been consistent , in recommending services that will be a good service for taking care of my vehicle.
I respect JL's business model - but don't always appreciate the heavy sales push on other items to be replaced. I have a company lease vehicle and the car was held while waiting on some type of approval from the leasing company. After about 30mins - I had to approach the team to ask where my car was that was no longer in the bay. I have the approval numbers on my phone app. but they did not ask for that. Though I had the approval number - and I showed them the list of services on the app needed - they still said they needed approval. They did release my car even though they did get a call back from my leasing company which I did appreciate but they could have informed my earlier of the delay.
The people were amazing, the service was awesome and fast. It was just an overall wonderful experience.
It is freezing in the waiting area. We might as well have been outside 😞

Everything was quick and everyone was polite, which I have come to expect.
I replaced windshield washers, which was very expensive considering the cost of the parts and the quickness of the labor. I chose to do it because I was there, but I wouldn't particularly recommend that anyone pay that much for wiper replacement.
I really enjoyed getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube but was disappointed by the fact that you no longer vacuum the cars. Really, with the cost of the oil change, I could have gone to the dealership.
fast and thorough
All of the services included in the signature service oil change was not included. Paying for a service means that I expected everything to be completed. It wasn't until I returned home that I noticed a vacuum cleaner never touched my floors.
