Cut off time to service vehicles so no crushing on vehicles in line before close
Less attention was given to vacuuming, windows, tires, tidiness

Always tough to drop 581 on your car but thrilled with the service I got. They explained everything that was happening and the car feels brand new after the service

What could we do to improve?

Everything now is based on price. I know I need to get the car serviced, it just hurts when the total appears on my credit card. The mechanics are terrific and willingly inflate my tires between oil changes when needed.
