I dislike the constant pushy upsale. Give me a list of services you suggest with the cost listed. Don’t make me stand there while you try and convince me one service at a time.

The Laurel Jiffy lube did an excellent job. Their staff is friendly and informative. The facility is clean. They finished my service in 20 minutes.
Quick service
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. I never got clear communication about the services performed. Nobody informed me about the condition of my filters or wipers, which need replacing. I’m not even sure the oil change was completed properly. When my car was supposedly finished, I asked the associate if it was done, and they just walked away without answering.
At the counter, the associate seemed too busy to address my concerns and asked me to wait. Even when I returned, the manager also seemed preoccupied and made me wait again.
As a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube for years, this level of service is unacceptable, and unfortunately, it will be my last visit. I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

I have always had a great visit at this Jiffy Lube and I have been going there for close to 10 years. They have been polite, respectful, courteous and the work has always been good!

$89.95 for an oil change is ridiculous! And then when I told the technician I didn’t need a new filter, he kept pressuring me. I will not be returning.
