I would shift the music in thr waiting room to music with no singing, just instrumental. The urban hip happy music or rock is difficult listen to in that small.space. I would invest in a small.coffee machine that uses single use pods. I'd find a way to allocate more space to customers for waiting.with desks in case folksmneed to work. I'd enforce some.professionnal grooming a.d uniform standards.

Quick and informative
Your service team needs to work on better attention to detail. I brought my car in 12/23/24 for an oil change (invoice says "Quality inspection by A. Ivison". When I got home, I found the oil fill cap sitting on the bottom of the windshield--amazingly it hadn't fallen off on the drive home. So they forgot to put the cap back on which of course can allow contaminants into the engine oil--I'm wondering what else they didn't do right?
I've been a Jiffy Lube customer for 20+ years and right now I am considering going elsewhere in the future.
