My guys have been caring for my car for 18 years. I always know when services are due and they are taken care of quickly during each visit. I asked the team to check my exhaust system (it sounded louder than usual) and they let me know it looked in good shape. Always helpful, pleasant and efficient at the Severn store.

Jennifer and the whole team shows that they understand stand service and care about your vehicle. They explain the charges and the recommendations without pressuring you. The speed of service is also good to see while doing the job correctly. I did not have to coffee on this visit but I could tell that it was hot. The waiting area is clean with new chairs.

Your prices have gone up but your discounts haven’t. I travel to Texas. There the Jiffy Lube coupons are sometimes 50% off. I’ve offered them after service but they are not accepted cause they’re from out of state.

Prices are more than Pep Boys. Also, my visit took longer than expected because the oil for my rear differential had to be picked up. I drive a F-150 which is a popular truck so I would expect all the fluids for it to be on hand.
I was given all the options without any pressure to choose a higher plan of action. The service was very quick compared to some of the other places I have used for service over the years and the staff was excellent in guiding my choice.
