They pulled the stupid cabin air and air filter scam. The air filter they showed me was ridiculously dirty. This is why I never use Jiffy Lube.

The Technician was not professional. I had coupons and he was being very dismissive and did not want to accept tge coupons. Also when the cabin filter was removed the failed to put the interior piece back in place. I was wondering why cold air was coming through my glove box. Smh

My engine light came on while driving home and before going home I went directly to Jiffy lube. Within 5 minutes I was talking to a technician and he immediately addressed the issue and the light went out. No issues since.. Very appreciative.
