the friendly and competent service was appreciated
Prices and consistency in providing extra services like vacuuming and windshield cleaning. I don’t always get it.
I arrived at last Saturday at 4:39pm and could not get an oil change. The workers reported that those that change oil left (for the day...lights were off downstairs and no one was there). I expect that when the shop is open I can get an oil change. They said, "it had been slow for the last hour"

I was told to type my own email address & information in the system I’ve never done that before i was never asked to do that. They gentleman couldn’t explain my bill after i had questions. Also my hood keeps opening and not shutting correctly. I will be up there tomorrow to let them know bc my hood to my car was properly working before i got to jiffy lube
It’s always a pleasure getting oil change by Jesse and The crew they all are sweet If I had they name of all of them I would mention every king in there and the young Queen Jas I love this Jiffy Lube crew ❤️❤️
