The personalize professional services he answered all my questions check things that needed to be checked for answers. I did not know I needed rear windshield wiper replacement. I wanted to get my car prepared for winter. I received the services. I believe they were great. I had driving Mercedes GLPhone number removed I want to keep my car on the road and in good shape he showed me the specifications for my oil change and that they had met the Mercedes requirement. I am so pleased.

The guys that were there the day that I came were unprofessional. I wasn't told how much the oil change would be, they never told me that my car needed a special oil filter and it took a special synthetic oil. I have a new car, so I didn't know. They just did it and said I owed $110. I didn't have a chance to say if I wanted to do it or not
They try to use scare tactics so you’ll spend more money. They told me my air filters needed to be replaced and my transmission fluid was low. I got a second opinion and None of that was true.

Technician did not reset my oil gauge to 100% i had to do it. Too expensive in Owings Mills.
The sales representative said I needed a transmission oil change. I said I thought I did it at Jiffy lube. He should be his database and said I did not. I believe I did. He came back and said someone helped him with the database. I did have the transmission oil changed. He then said I needed some engine cleaning. He did not mention it before. I felt like he was trying to give me something I did not really need.
