I don't like that the technician goes into my glove compartment to check the cabin air filter. I feel like it's a bit of a violation of my privacy, to be honest. But even more - and this really irks me - every time I get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube there are always grease prints on my dashboard where the technician opened the glove compartment.
This time I requested that no one go into my glove compartment, though I didn't say why. I was told, 'no problem'. When I got my car back, there were the grease stains on my dashboard, as usual, as well as grease on my cloth seat.
If you insist on going into my glove compartment, PLEASE do it with clean, non-greasy hands.

On Saturday I was in the shop and had an oil change and tuneup for $360.00.I was given a diagnostic and it was determined that one of my ignition coils was bad. They suggested that I get all four done. I went to pick them up from the dealer parts department but they only had 2. I got the 1 because I didn’t want to wait until Friday because my car was running rough. When I returned with the part the technician said since I was just there on Saturday and had a tuneup, he would not charge for the one but would charge me when the other 3 come in. Well I guess the manager perceived that I was getting something for free and said he couldn’t do that and had to charge me for 1/2 hr of labor, which was $75.00. Mind you that it took less than 10 minutes to replace one ignition coil. I could understand if I wasn’t a regular customer and had not been there in the past, but I have 3 vehicles that I have serviced with jiffy lube and had just been there on Saturday and had $360.00 worth of work done. Needless to say I am very unhappy with the apparent lack of appreciation for the years of patronage to your company. I can resolutely say that he may have made $75.00 profit from that small transaction, but he will never get another dime from me or my adult children. I can be disrespected anywhere for free, therefore I will not pay for it. Sincerely Name removed!!!
