Excellent attention to detail -- the brake inspection during tire rotation noted that the rear brake pads were nearly gone (metal-to-metal), avoiding a much more costly repair. They had the brake pads on hand, so another 30-45 minutes and I was out the door.

Great customer service. I gave another customer my coupon and the cashier was accepting for them and me when i presented for myself. I wouldnt have done it on the regular but the holiday spirit seemed to touch us all. Happy Holidays!

Quick but expensive
No one told me my car was ready. It was left outside with the window down and I had to ask if it was ready. The woman asked me if my plan was to just let it “die” because of her interpretation of the cars mobility. Overall a terrible experience.
