When I drove up I told the person that greeted me that I was concerned about the tire pressure. When I was about to pay for my service I asked about the tire pressure. He went out onto the floor to ask the team that worked on my car. Apparently up until that point they had NOT checked my tire pressure.

According to the invoice handed to me upon completion of the oil change I have an oil leak and a transmission leak. The technician didn't bring this to my attention. I was rushed out before I had a chance to read the invoice. What's the point of checking fluid levels if you aren't going to inform the customer? Please contact me and explain if I am asking to much of your service.
Got all my blinkers & lights working. Expensive, but I couldn’t do it correctly!
It was friendly and quick. They focused on the business at hand. I enjoy seeing that the manager all the time, he’s very professional with his team. Although they seem like interns or high school students learning.

The air in my tires weren’t checked. I still have a low pressure sensor lit on my console. The also drove cars out of garage and left the cars open with keys in the ignition

Service is always great. My only issue is that the service was supposed to include window washing and it wasn't done. Not a biggie, but if it's checkmarked on the receipt, it should have been done.
