I usually use jiffy lube because of the customer service and the quick assistance. However I was not informed that my coolant level was low nor was I offered their top off service. My car overheated the next day with no warning.

Car was not vacuumed( one of the main reasons that I choose Jiffy lube) and no reminder mileage sticker was placed in the window, the dashboard status light was not reset. The staff was off their game. The waiting room had one signs of the holiday spirit.

Everyone was very polite, the oil change I received was very fast, and the workers were understanding when I gave them my budget on what services I could and could not afford that day. (Dealerships can be quite pushy, but not Jiffy Lube!)
Great service
I was in and out in 20 minutes with an oil change. They made some recommendations and when I said "not today," no one pushed the issue and I was on with my day. Excellent experience and will go again. If there is any criticism, $100 for an oil change does make me consider doing it myself.

I always appreciate their candid communication with me regarding any additional issues that are identified. Furthermore, they never pressure me to agree to any additional work and are always sure that I'm aware of the cost before making a decision about moving forward or not. On my last visit I was in a rush to get out of there and they did their best to get me out quickly. We encountered a small issue that was resolved quickly but during that issue you immediately saw how they handle themselves - no excuses, took responsibility for the issue and course corrected. You can't always be perfect, but how you react when something goes wrong says a lot more about you then how you react when everything is going right.
