I was greeted and everything was explained to me.
I was happy with the Tech who reviewed everything with me. However, I wanted the next service to be at 5,000 miles, not 3,000 miles since I am exceeding the manufacturer's recommendations by using full synthetic oil. I have made this request in the past at the Jiffy Lube location in Clarksville, MD with no issues. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube.
Jiffy Lube is convenient and professional. The guys are very attentive and helpful too. They also address issues that arise.
