Good service
Everything was fine
Very knowledgeable about the services provided. The intake was fast and my vehicle was ready under 45 mins. Great 😌. They also let you know what services you may need in the future. Price isn't the cheapest in the area however.
Because just because I keep having bad experiences there doesn’t mean others will and I would still recommend them

I'm suspicious that I was misled into paying for things I didn't need. For example, the receipt for services indicated that they added windshield wiper fluid to my car - that would be impossible because I had overfilled my windshield fluid reservoir right before my appointment. Also - in 40 years of driving, I've literally never been told that I had "no oil" in my car before, yet the lady right before me and I were both told there was "no oil" in our cars, and we were asked about buying a $40 additive to "protect the engine because you've been driving around without any oil". I would have believed them if they'd shown me the oil dipstick, but they didn't. The car was not vacuumed, the windows were not washed. I paid nearly $300 for "an oil change" and I left feeling like a sucker. I won't be back.

Fast convenient
The service was awesome they were friendly I love this place.
"Jiffy" Lube wasn't so "Jiffy" yesterday, it took them roughly 5-7 minutes to greet me in line outside the Shop and it wasn't until I went to the desk after 30-40 minutes of waiting to ask Mindy from the front deas (who did an excellent job) when my car was going to go in for service which it promptly did!
Once the vehicle made it to the Serbive Bay, it was "Business as Usual" with good service and communication.
Granted, it was a Saturday afternoon and JL were a few Workers short (which they should have told me and I would have gone back today!)
All in All, it was a ver good experience and I will definitely be back
