My neighbor informed me what he has paying for propane and it was a dollar less than me(different company). I called you guys to basically cancel your service and go a different route, but whoever I spoke with was fantastic. She talked me off the ledge, met my competitor’s price and made it retroactive to my last delivery! That kind of customer service kept me as a customer!
Quarles provides quality products and services at reasonable prices. Delivery of propane is delivered relatively quickly.
Only because of First name removed guys that deliver First name removed oil to my place do I give a 10. They are great! I have no complaints with them at all!!! However, your customer service is First name removed absolute pits! It should not take hours to place an order. I understand businesses are going automated in as many areas as possible whether we like it or not, but please give better instruction to First name removed customer or it ends up being very frustrating.
I like automatic delivery, never have to worry about running out. I am looking for a little bit better price if thats possible
