It's all being taken care without me having to do anything. You notify me when you are coming. You let me know how much I needed and you take it out of my account which is great.

Automated delivery has been great because we have a large tank and use propane for water heaters, in floor heating and cooking. But the Budget Plan is really great as we are on a tight budget living on Social Security.
However, I would like to get the ticket that the driver use to hang on my door so I can easily see what percentage we are using and how many gallons were delivered. I guess that info can also be found online on my account, but if a senior is not computer savvy the ticket is most appreciated.
At this time the service ws wonderful.. The delivery man was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.

Delivery and charges left on door. I have 2 tanks. It would be helpful if same driver delivers on same day.
We have always had great service from Quarles Fuels and have always had a quick response by the company when needing to refuel our tank each year. This year was especially hard on the fuel companies due to the harsh winter weather conditions here in Virginia. We just recently had our tank refilled and are very satisfied with Quarles Fuels and their staff.
