I am overall happy with Quarels service. Only thing I might be concerned about is I was told by delivery man that my tank was a little down to much. Also the tech turned off my pilot light and said the delivery man coming that same day could relight the pilot, however the delivery man could not get it relit and it ended up costing me $219 dollars to have a fireplace tech come out and get it restarted.

Superior ran a special "Spring Top Off," saving 0.2 cents per gallon and waived the delivery fee. I took advantage of this promotion, and was able to quickly schedule a delivery by calling customer service. The person I spoke with was pleasant and efficient. My delivery was rescheduled once, but I received text messages each time when the delivery date changed. The delivery was made and I received another message confirming the delivery had occurred. My bill was shortly thereafter sent via email as I am enrolled in paperless billing, and I was able to easily pay the bill on their website. I will be heading into the spring and summer with a full tank of propane, and I appreciate that because I am sure when the fall and winter seasons arrive, deliveries will be harder to schedule due to increased demand, so this promotion helps ease my mind heading into those seasons later this year. All around, a good experience!
